CoralTree Team Member Rates
We are incredibly proud of our hotels and resorts and we would love to welcome you and your family to experience all of them. We are pleased to offer the Team Member Rate Program as a benefit and hope you will have the opportunity to enjoy this associate benefit.
- Rate – varies by property and is offered to you for personal use only. Upgraded room types are available at most properties at a discount of at least 40% off.
- Resort fee will be waived where applicable. Parking and other fees may apply.
- Team Member rates will be made available at least 90 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
- This rate is for leisure travel only and is not to be used for business or group related travel.
- Team Member travel is for: the associate, spouse or domestic partner, parents, siblings or children.
- At check-in, a Team Member Rate Authorization Form signed by People Services is required. If a signed form is not presented at check-in, the standard BAR (Best Available Rate) will be charged. See below for a link to the form.
Team Member Free Night Program
We are pleased to offer the annual Free Night Program as a benefit to all CoralTree employees (full-time and part-time only).
- Rate – Three (3) nights complimentary for all part-time associates and five (5) nights complimentary for all full-time associates. Any additional nights will be charged at the Team Member property rate. See FAQ document for property prices.
- Subject to availability.

Family Member Free Night Program
Each year, eligible Team Members will be awarded with Two Free Nights, for their immediate family members use at their home-based property. This program is based upon availability and may not always be available for redemption and Team members must speak with the properties People Services leader and they will verify availability at the property. Team Members are not permitted to stay with the family members during the “Family Member Free Night”. For Residential Properties Family members are will not receive a complimentary room however they are eligible to receive a 25% discount.
- This program is for Full-Time and Part-Time CoralTree employees only who have completed six months of service at their property.
- This rate includes Room, Tax and Resort Fee only.
- Seasonal and On-Call Team Members are not eligible.
- Any non-redeemed room nights do not carry over from year to year.
- Family Members are considered Parents, Parents of Spouse or Domestic Partner, Children and Siblings.
- Family members of the active team member are eligible for this program. If the team is out on leave for any reason this program does not apply.
- Family Member rates will be made available at least 90 days prior to arrival.
Booking Procedure:
- Team Member must speak with their home-based People Services leader to request the stay for thier family member and People Services speak with the hotel designee for availability.
- The manager or PS leader will review availability with the Director of Revenue Strategy at the property and if it is available, the Director of Revenue will make the reservation and the DORS will set the reservation up for complimentary room, tax and resort fee.
- If approved the Team Member will retrieve the authorization documentation (see below) from the People Services leader for the overnight stay. This documentation must be present at check-in be the team member’s family member.
- People Services will also provide the Team Member the benefit card outlining the discounts at the hotel/resort for Food and Beverage, Spa Services, Golf and Retail.

CoralTree Friends & Family Rates
Life is all about making connections, so we would love to have you treat your friends, non-immediate family members, colleagues or industry contacts to a discounted rate. Through our Friends and Family Rate Program, they can take advantage of 25% off our BAR (Best Available Rate). Bookings can be made directly online using the Friends and Family Rate Code.
- Rate – at least 25% off
- Resort fee, parking and other fees may apply.
- An authorization form or signature is not required for this discounted rate.
- Friends and Family rates will be made available at least 90 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
CoralTree Residence Collection Rates
We are pleased to offer an annual CoralTree Room Night Program as a benefit to all CoralTree employees (full-time and part-time only) at the Residence Collection properties. In this program, your complimentary nights are valued at $150 per night off the total cost of the stay at any of these proeprties. Please Note: In this program, your "complimentary" room nights will be used as credit towards the room cost at $150 per night, and not be complimentary nights.
- Rate
- Team member will receive a minimum 25% discount off of the daily rate, and may utilize one of their complimentary room nights (value per room night is $150). The complimentary room nights are billed back to the team member's home property.
Example: $500 Daily Rate x 25% discount = $375 per night - $150 discount per night (using one comp room night, up to five nights) = $225 per night paid by team member.
